One law to replace them all:

Any obstruction of "liberty" or "justice" as defined herein, with exception for self-defense or injustice found by jury trial of peers to plaintiff and defendant or arbitration, shall be subject to the Penal Code of Justice as defined herein.

"Obstruction" is defined as non-consentual limitation, interference, misrepresentation or violation limited only by the liberty and justice of others.

You have the right to counter-sue your social work team for failing to provide necessary support for successful reintegration into society by gaining viable work, housing and social acceptance.

(Second obstruction reciprocal action replaces that of the First obstruction.)

Relocation to a community of your choice, given mutual consent.

The new community has the right to reset your count or to continue it and to determine further corrective action.
